HB2301 HFA Rowe 2-21

                Delegate Rowe moves to amend Com Sub for HB2301 on page 9, section 1, line 3, following the word ”Medicine” by  inserting a comma, and the following: the West Virginia Board of Optometry, West Virginia Board of Chiropractic,  West Virginia Board of Dentistry”;

And,

                On page 9, section 1, line 11, following the word “means” by striking out the words “medical drugs and pharmaceuticals” and inserting in lieu thereof the following: “any product used to diagnose or manage a disease, including any medical device, treatment or drug.”
